Picture Perfect Landscaping Quinte Ltd. is owned and operated by Neil Bouma. Neil was born and raised in Belleville, Ontario. His strong work ethic and a love for the outdoors led him to pursue his Associate Diploma in Horticulture from the University of Guelph, Ridgetown College campus. One year after graduating at the top of his class, Neil, together with his wife Elaine started his new business.

Picture Perfect Landscaping now employs 4 full time seasonal employees and is recognized as a leader in Belleville's landscaping industry by many of our business associates, and most importantly, by our customers!
